Coach Trip to Cardiff Castle and Museum

THIS EVENT HAS BEEN CANCELLED DUE TO LACK OF INTEREST.

Cardiff Castle is one of the most fascinating buildings in Britain. It has a long history stretching back to the Roman invasion. The site you see today is at once a reconstructed Roman fort, an impressive Norman castle and an extraordinary Victorian Gothic fantasy palace created for one of the world's richest men.
We are having a guided tour of the Castle and the tower. There are other parts of the castle to explore at your own pace. There is also a military museum in the grounds.

The coach will leave Kingshill Football Ground, Cirencester car park at 9.15am.

We are booked in for a tour of the castle and you will then be free to explore the battlement walk, the war time shelters, the Norman Keep and the military museum. Please note that access to the keep and the tower involve many steps.
There is a cafe in the castle grounds where you can buy lunch, or if you prefer you can take a picnic. The town is on your doorstep if you wish to eat further afield.

The coach will depart from Cardiff Castle at 3pm, arriving back in Cirencester at approximately 4.30 - 5pm.
The cost of the outing is £45 per person and numbers are limited so please book promptly.
